Description: Blue cohosh was a popular in many Native American tribes. it was usually given to women, though it was taken by both sexes to treat urinary and reproductive problems. Blue Cohosh is regarded as a uterine tonic, helping with uterine and ovarian pain, while regulating menstrual blood flow. This herb is also used in treatments for many forms of arthritis and rheumatism.
Preparation:
Infusion- Bring water to a boil then add herb and simmer for 10-15 minutes
